The program also offers experience with Python, Linux, and SQL, with skills gained including Linux, Python programming, SIEM tools, intrusive detection systems, and SQL. The cost of the certificate is $49 per month, or a total of $294, with financial aid available for those unable to afford it. While Google claims the course is beginner level, some experts have suggested it is more intermediate, as most cyber security jobs require some work experience. However, feedback on previous Google professional certificates has been positive, with many students reporting they have helped them to secure jobs.
